Party FAQ

Do I need a reservation? If so, how far in advance?

• Yes. A reservation is necessary for all party packages. The sooner the better, and at least two weeks in advance is most advisable.

How do I reserve a party?

• To reserve a party, please call us at 281-997-PLAY (7529). During normal business hours, a knowledgable assistant will help you schedule your party. If we are not open at the time of your call please leave a message with your name and number so we may get back to you as soon as posible.

Do I need a deposit? If so, how does it work?

• A minimum (non-refundable) deposit of $30.00 is required, which will be deducted from your total at the time of payment for your party.

Can I add a pony to my party the day of the party?

• No. At least two weeks advance notice is required in order to add a pony to any party package.

Can I bring food or drinks?

• You are more than welcome to bring CAKE, COOKIES, CUPCAKES, or ICE-CREAM, BUT ANY OTHER OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK ARE NOT ALLOWED. A full list of the food and drinks sold at Pitch, Putt, and Play can be found in our concessions section of the website.

How many tokens does it take to play the games?

• Most of the games we have that dispense tickets to be redeemed for prizes take one token. However, our arcade games such as Pacman/Galaga or Daytona require two or more tokens.

Can I bring a pinata, clown, pace painter, or something of that nature?

• We at Pitch, Putt, and Play aim to make your party as enjoyable as possible. If you wish to bring a form of entertainment that we do not supply, you are more than welcome to do so. In fact, we encourage pinatas and will hang it ourselves!

Do I have to pay for the adults?

• The party packages account for the children only. Additional pizzas can be purchased for the adults for $8.00, and unlimited beverages for an adult can be purchased for $1.00.

Do I need to count an infant as a participant?

• No. Since infants are to young to participate in the activities of our parties, no charge is incurred. But any other children who participate in the activities or are counted toward the number of pizzas provided will be counted as a part of the party.

Do you have party bags?

• Yes. We supply party bags with a variety of candy and prizes for $2.00 a bag.

How much are additional balloons?

• Additional balloons are $0.50 each.

Can I order pizza the day of the party?

• Yes. If it becomes apparent that additional pizzas are necessary during the party, you may purchase additional pizzas for $8.00.
